After the Financial meltdown of 2077, now called ‘The great reset’, the world was thrown into brief chaos, borders ceased to exist and the war economy thrived on hostile takeovers of other countries. In 2078 the United Coalition of Ragnarok and the Worldwide Institute of Central Intelligence and Security; convinced every world leader to join forces in a secret pact. Pooling as many resources together under a state of union and giving rise to a new democracy. The UCR eventually split into millions of small branches across the world focusing on military involvement, government institutes and general public services now referred to as ‘Ragnarok’. The year is 2173 and W.I.C.I.S and Ragnarok have expanded to the point of being a global conglomerate which governs the whole world and is it’s own city.
Set 6 months after the book called "Project TiTan" (book pending), this self contained story is about the story of how Trevor deals with the subsequent existance of the TiTan Narcotic on the black market and how it is being used in a string of murders in the city of Dynawatch, a downtrodden city full of depravity, grief and the stench of death.
